Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Ordering processing time is 3-7 business days, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If product is out of stock please allow 7-14 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Bathphoria does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
We ship to all 50 US states and International shipping. All rates will be applied at check out for

No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.
Due to the nature of Bathphoria products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.

Our Policy
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
Our policy
An order may be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has been shipped, no cancellations will be available. No refund will be given for made to order items that are cancelled after they have been made.

Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
